i) Should have minimum 15 years of working experience in Maintenance work of Government GPRA complex and Office Blocks out of which at least 8 years of experience for Annual Repair and Maintenance work of 100 Acre GPRA self-sustain Government Township. ii) Should have worked in the capacity of in charge for electrical work for Comprehensive Annual Repair & Maintenance (Day to Day) and Special Repairs including E & M Services (including internal & external electrical installations, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Pump House, DG Sets, Street Lights, Solar Light, Operations of Lifts & Water Heating System, Water Supply and Sewage Treatment Plant, Sewerage System/Network, Solid waste management plant etc.) of GPRA Complex.

Criteria
Retired officers having Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% aggregate marks. Should have retired from the regular post in Government / PSU from E-5 Level in the scale of pay of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- (IDA) or Level 13-Rs. 1,23,100- 2,15,900 /- (CDA).
