✔️ GM Firm Secretary: Membership of the Institute of Firm Secretaries of India (ICSI). Minimal 19 years submit qualification expertise in Firm Secretarial features, out of which not less than 5 years expertise must be in firm/ corporations having fairness listed in Nationwide Inventory Change (NSE)/ Bombay Inventory Change (BSE).

✔️ DGM Firm Secretary: Membership of the Institute of Firm Secretaries of India (ICSI).
