- Option to customize the navigation bar.
Camera
- New option to add the Nothing custom watermark.
- Improved color calibration in wide angle mode.
- New algorithm for motion detection, this will improve stabilization.
- Increased shooting speed in HDR mode with wide angle.
System
- Update of Android security patches in September 2022.
- Reduced consumption with Always On active.
- Improved facial recognition.
- Temperature management improved.
- New user interface for the section dedicated to system updates.
- General bugfixes.
The update we have just described is currently being distributed automatic away OTA level global. You should receive it within the next few days on your device.
We remind you that Nothing Phone (1) is still on Android 12. To see Android 13 it will take a while, the company has reported that the major update will not arrive before June 2023 but that a first beta could soon arrive. We will come back to update you as soon as we know more about this aspect.
