Before we focus on rechargewhich is obviously the highlight of this realme, two notes on the rest of the specifications.
Well it OLED screen, moreover with a high refresh (at the moment it supports the 60Hz / 72Hz / 90Hz / 120Hz / 144Hz switch, but 40 / 45Hz will also arrive through an update). The third rear camera is a microscope and not a macro, as is usually the case.
Finally the NFC is a 360°, which simplifies its use in any position; the specified Wi-Fi and Bluetooth specifications are awaiting confirmation. On the other hand, there is no audio jack or microSD slot.
Next to the photographic compartment there is a translucent windowwith a C-shaped RGB LED that shows different lighting effects depending on the charge level, or when receiving a notification, or even during a self-timer.
But let’s get to the notorious ones 240 Watts of charging power, something you only see in gaming laptops nowadays, moreover here spread via USB-C. First of all, let’s clarify that realme GT3 is compatible with a large number of charging powers (150W / 100W / 80W / 67W / 65W / 50W SuperDart, 30W Dart, 20W VOOC 2.0, 18W QC) and power supplies (PD 65W / QC 18W / SVOOC 33W / SVOOC 100W / PPS 240W).
Translated into practical terms, that’s enough 80 seconds to charge the realme GT3 by 20%, and for a full charge 0-100% are only needed 9 minutes and 30 seconds: in practice it is impossible to stay dry, having a power socket at hand even for a very short time.
The supplied 12 Ampere cable is made ad-hoc, and having included the GaN chipset both in the phone and in the adapter, the latter is smaller than the 150W one.
To contain the temperatures during such a rapid recharge there is a liquid cooling systembut for maximum security the realme GT3 also includes a fireproof designas well as 13 temperature sensors and 60 levels of protection.
And for whom fear a rapid deterioration of the batteryrealme assures that even after 1,600 charging cycles at 240 Watts, the battery will have a capacity of 80% of its maximum capacity, which is more than double the current industry standard.

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have the precise prices for Italy, except for an indication of the starting figure, which should be $649which perhaps they will become 699 euros for the 8/128GB model.
