It’s been about a year since the release of the OnePlus Nord CE 2, and that means only one thing: it’s on the way OnePlus Nord CE 3. To confirm it is the usual On Leakswho has published on his Twitter profile some high-definition renderings of it smartphones and all the technical specifications.
OnePlus Nord CE 3 should mount a panel from 6.72 inches (larger than the previous generation 6.43-inch display), with technology AMOLED and resolution of Full HD+. Compared to Nord CE 2, the refresh rate of the display also increases, which therefore goes from 90 Hz to 120Hz.
As for the processor instead, it seems that OnePlus will switch to Qualcomm and opt for the SoC Snapdragon 782Gjoined to 8GB or 12GB of RAM memory And 128GB or 256GB of internal memory. To complete the hardware equipment, there will be three rear cameras (50MP for the primary sensor, 8MP for the ultrawide e 2MP for the macro one) and a front camera from 16MP.
We will certainly not be able to complain about the battery: this will be from 5000mAh (since the SoC is not too energy-intensive, it should guarantee respectable autonomy) and will support fast charging at 80W. This is a step up from the previous generation, which instead included a 4500 mAh battery and 65 W fast charging.
On the design side, there won’t be too many upheavals compared to the previous model, as you can also see in the renders published below: OnePlus Nord CE 3 will have one different style as regards the group of cameras, it will be more squared and also the front camera will be positioned centrally and no longer on the left.
Difficult to say when OnePlus Nord CE 3 will arrive on the market: the previous model was launched in February 2022, and therefore it is reasonable to think that Nord CE 3 can already be presented in next months. On Leaks spoke of June 2023 as a possible launch window.
