This way users will be sheltered from any password theftattempts to phishing and similar practices. The novelty arrives on Android, exactly as it just arrived on desktop platform with Chrome. It is currently available for those who have joined the Google Play Services beta program.

It will be enough to give consent to the new authentication procedure and subsequently proceed with recognition via biometric data, such as a fingerprint. It will only be enough select the account for which you want to proceed with the new authentication method.

Google makes the tool available to users Password Manager for to memorize your passkeys. The tool will also make the synchronization across multiple devices. The novelty is only available for those who have joined the Play Services beta but by the end of the year it will arrive for everyone.
