There are two ways to calculate the percentage change :
1) using the difference:
% change = diff/start point * 100
difference = 99 -36 = 63
% change = 63/36 *100 = 175%
2) Direct method:
0
% change = ((end point / start point) -1)*100 = (99/36 -1)*100 = 175%
