3M fired its group and country chief Michael vale this monday. It said that the reasons were his inappropriate conduct and violation of company policies. Here is his quick background.
He has done Bachelor in science from Yale university and Phd. in Chemistry from MIT.
He has considerable experience working with 3M. He has been working with 3M for past 30 years. he started as senior research analyst in September 1992, in April 2023 He was appointed as the group chief he worked for less than month before being fired.
3M’s share fell by 16% this cumulatively and news will do nothing good in this situation.
3M will replace Michael Vale with Mike Roman as the new Group cheif.
