The idea behind this product is very simple. Today, if you want to equip your home with all those devices that make it as efficient as possible, perhaps to aim for energy independence (photovoltaic system, storage system …), integration is not at all simple. In addition to the solar panels and the battery, you must install inverters, a network gateway and more and if you also have an electric car you must also think of a recharging point.
With Energy Hub 149, Silla wants therefore offer a unique product that allows the integration of all these devices, in order to manage the ecosystem in the simplest possible way. The interesting thing is that it has also of bidirectional charging. Therefore, in the future, it will be possible to use the energy contained in car batteries to power the house in case of need. Silla’s product is also modular, that is, it was created to be updated with new modules in order to expand its functionality. In addition, it has a large display to simplify configuration by installers.
In fact, inside a well-designed box we find the bidirectional charging module, the LAN / WiFi module to guarantee the connection, the management of the photovoltaic system to use the energy produced by the sun and the battery. The system is integrated and automated, so as to best optimize what is produced on the roof and divert that energy to the car being recharged or, if absent, to the storage battery which is made through modules to also offer the possibility of expansion.
The goal of the final version will be to manage up to 6 kW of photovoltaics in input (working in single phase) e between 6 and 12 kWh (with additional modules) for storage, in three cuts: 6, 9 and 12 kWh.
In addition to showing Energy Hub 149, Silla will also prune the well-known Prism wallbox in the new version at the Paris Motor Show Prism Plusequipped with internet connection for recharging the vehicle even in Night mode and to manage the column even remotely e Wallegg, single-phase charging column, equipped with socket and intended for the b2b market. The company will also bring Duke 44the new column that introduces direct current charging at 44 kW, bringing the bidirectional charging.
Presented as a prototype, Duke 44 in addition to the advantage of allowing fast and efficient charging times, anticipates the bidirectionality of DC charging to use V2H (vehicle to home), V2G (vehicle to grid), and V2V (vehicle to vehicle) functions. The new column is capable of switching energy from the car system to the home, network and other vehicle system, thanks also to the double 22kW continuous connector.
