Investing.com — Chalet Hotels (NS:)
Shares of the high-end hotels brand were the best performer on the 500 index, and ended 12.3% higher in a volatile session, after rallying up to 20% on Monday.
It recorded a fresh 52-week high today at Rs 302 apiece, supported by heavy volumes on expectations of a strong outlook. Its trading volumes jumped two-fold in the session.
Linde India (NS:)
The industrial gases company ended 9.9% higher on Monday, after surging 10.93% to hit a fresh 52-week high at Rs 3004.45/share, ahead of its board meeting on Feb 24, to declare its quarterly performance for the Dec-ending period.
The shares roared on expectations of robust Dec quarterly earnings.
Puravankara Projects (NS:)
Shares of the real estate developers company tanked 13.2%, despite reporting strong sales booking numbers in the Dec-ending quarter.
Its sales bookings in volume sank 4% YoY to 2.32 million square feet in Q3 FY22, and for the Apr-Dec 2021 nine-month period, this figure fell 11% YoY to 1,616 million square feet.
Indiabulls Group Companies
After the Enforcement Directorate raided the Indiabulls Finance Center in Mumbai and Delhi, shares of the Group’s companies declined up to 20%, with Dhani Services (NS:) tanking 20%, the worst performer on Nifty 500.
Other group entities, Indiabulls Housing Finance (NS:) declined 9.9% and Indiabulls Real Estate (NS:) plunged 15% on Monday.
