We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support our U.S. Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will be involved in all areas of the recruiting process, from initial requisitions up to onboarding.


Responsibilities:

Establish working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, schedule interviews, communicate interview details and host interview visits. Create and ensure delivery of candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, received.

Be the system Administrator for both Jobvite (ATS) and LinkedIn. Monitor and make sure Purchase Requisitions related to Staffing are processed and properly.

Assist Recruiters with managing internal and external job posting responses. Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team. Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion. Assist with the intern and college recruiting program

Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis including:

  • Facilitate administration of key HR processes:
  • Pre-boarding
  • Employee changes
  • Organizational changes
  • Manage the employee referral program and ensure timely payments


Required Skills:

3+ yrs of prior Recruiting/HR Coordinator Support experience

Experience in supporting recruitment in multiple locations

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail

Global experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers

Solid understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures

Proficient in MS Office, Jobvite, and Oracle & HRIS Systems
