Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro tracks over 100 sports activities in real time. For runners, for example, 10 programs are available to meet different fitness needs, including run/walk combinations for beginners or fat burning and endurance workouts, as well as specific interval workouts of higher intensity. Also included are a variety of health and exercise data monitoring features that measure calories burned, exercise intensity, sleep quality, heart rate and SpO₂ measurement, so you can keep track of your improvements achieved with workouts and one’s physical condition.
