On the occasion of the Gamescom 2022Razer presented its new range of peripherals dedicated to PC gamers, among which the new one appears DeathAdder V3 Pro. The most iconic of Razer mice is renewed aiming to be the best device ever for competitive players.
One of the peculiarities of the DeathAdder has always been undoubtedly the weight that, even in this new and enhanced iteration, stops at only 63 and 64 grams respectively for the white and black version. The chassis, however, offers some substantial changes worked out together with the esports professionals as per tradition.
The surface for the palm as well as the wheel were raised in order to improve comfort as well as access to the controls. The main keys have the traditional ones grooves while the flares on the sides have been reduced. The result is an improved grip and an ergonomic shape that combine comfort and responsiveness with one of the lowest weight on the market.
Like the other top-of-the-range mice, the new DeathAdder V3 Pro also houses the optical sensor Razer Focus Pro 30Kwhich guarantees a resolution accuracy of 99.8%. To support it there are features based on artificial intelligence such as Smart Tracking, Motion Sync And Asymmetric Cut-off.
The new switches support the sensor Optical Mouse Switch third generation that eliminate the risk of double clicking by eliminating the so-called “debounce delay” due to the return of the key. They are also more resistant than previous generations with a life cycle of 90 million clicks.
From a connectivity standpoint, Razer has integrated its latest technologies starting right from HyperSpeed Wireless. The supplied dongle allows you to minimize latency with a polling rate of 1000 Hz. Alternatively, however, you can buy the new one separately HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. It is a particular receiver that allows you to reach a refresh rate of 4000 Hz, i.e. a refresh every 0.25 ms.
Of course, a charging cable is not missing inside the package Type-C which doubles as a data cable, allowing you to use the mouse in wired mode. The company also opted for a cable SpeedFlex exclusive to Razer characterized by a flexibility and a lightness that makes its presence almost imperceptible.
