Health monitoring has increasingly made its way around the world smartphone and in that of smartwatch in the last few years. Google has launched its own Fit precisely in this context.

This year Google has formalized Health Connect as a new platform for the synchronization of health data collected with the various devices, which they should then convey into their own Google Fit profile.
Among the apps dedicated to health, and in particular to sleep monitoring, more long-lived we surely find Sleep as Android. This is an app that has been present on Android since the days of Gingerbread and has just earned the support and compatibility with Health Connect.
As you can see from screenshot in the gallerythe new beta version Sleep as Android app is officially compatible with Health Connect. This means that they can synchronize the data recorded on the user’s sleep.
This compatibility paves the way for synchronization with Google Fit dei sleep data collected with Sleep as Android. Currently the app is available for both smartphones and Wear OS and offers the possibility to monitor the quality of sleep in terms of duration and of noises produced overnight.
The version of Sleep as Android compatible with Health Connect corresponds to the 20220707. Synchronization is currently not active because Health Connect in itself it is not active on Android.
