This, as in other cases, allows users to expand the possibilities for purchasing optics that are cheaper than those of the manufacturers, albeit with some sacrifices. It also allows you to understand which is one of the trend market as small producers invest their time (and money) only when they are sure they are selling a good number of units (or at least they have data that would suggest this).

According to reports, the lens has a focal length of 27 mm (equivalent to approx.41mm on full-frame) with a 56 ° viewing angle. The optical design chosen by the Chinese manufacturer includes 6 elements divided into 5 groups. To improve the overall quality, there are also two high refractive index (HR) lenses to suppress chromatic and spherical aberrations.
The new TTArtisan AF 27mm F2.8 X it is then characterized by the autofocus, a feature that few other lenses from this manufacturer boast (currently only one, besides this one, as written above). The minimum focusing distance is 35 cm. Front 39mm filters can be used while the body is made of metal for a better quality feel.
The lens can automatically control both aperture and focus so that it can also be used by less experienced users. Obviously there is the possibility of using it manually using the integrated adjustment rings. Thanks to the integrated chip and the contacts it is then possible to send the EXIF information to the camera body.
Even if the writing mentions 28mm, the focal length should be 27mm.
The diaphragm of the TTArtisan AF 27mm F2.8 X has 7 slats with opening ranging from f / 2.8 up to f / 16. As for other solutions, here too we find a USB connector for updating the firmware.
