Musk claims he was deceived from the social platform, accuses that as reported by Reuters it would be returned to the sender. If only Twitter could consider 100 sample accounts and publicly verify their veracity, then acquisition could once again be possiblesaid Tesla and SpaceX’s number one.
In late July Musk has sued Twitterand in addition to the other (original) reversed party lawsuit (Twitter accused, Musk accused) there is another brought by a shareholder who remembers the fiduciary duty of the one who to date remains the main shareholder of the company with a stake by more than 9%.
