From 2010, Armen Keteyian’s report on how DEA agents captured Viktor Bout, a convicted Russian arms dealer nicknamed the “Merchant of Death.” CNN reported that the U.S. could release Bout to secure the freedom of Brittney Griner and Paul Whelan, both currently imprisoned in Russia.
