VLCC presents Femina Miss India 2022 officially launched!

Continuing a nearly six-decade legacy of transforming the lives of young talented women who have become icons in the glamour and fashion industry, the Miss India Organisation (MIO) is back with a bang with its next edition and yet another opportunity for thousands of young aspirants! Powered by a dynamic format, VLCC presents Femina Miss India 2022 has launched a nationwide hunt effective 14th February, 2022.

With a vision to empower the youth and represent the best of Indian talents at international platforms, MIO encourages young Miss India aspirants and drives them to break barriers to reach the heights of success.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the scouting operations have been shifted to the digital space for the second time now.

VLCC presents Femina Miss India 2022 co-powered by Sephora, Moj & Rajnigandha Pearls, vows to continue its tradition of creating icons with an aim to extend whole-hearted support to the new generation of women who have the potential to lead and represent the country in the future, this time, online. The national hunt will commence with a selection of representatives, each from the 28 states and a collective representative from Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir under Union Territories, making for a total of 31 finalists. These shortlisted finalists will undergo rigorous training and grooming. Subsequently, the girls will arrive in Mumbai to compete for the coveted crown. The Grand Finale will air on Colors HD, our Exclusive Broadcast Partner.

Opening up about her association with the pageant, Neha Dhupia says, “Each year in the journey of Femina Miss India, I feel a strong sense of nostalgia as it takes me back to all the learnings and experiences I’ve gained and will cherish lifelong. Eligibility Criteria includes:


AGE: 18 – 25 YEARS (AS OF 31ST DECEMBER, 2021)

HEIGHT: 5’3″ & ABOVE (WITHOUT HEELS)

RELATIONSHIP STATUS: SINGLE, NOT-ENGAGED, UNMARRIED, AND NEVER BEEN MARRIED BEFORE

NATIONALITY: INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDER

OCI CARDHOLDER CAN APPLY ONLY FOR 2nd RUNNER-UP TITTLE

The winner of VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 co-powered by Sephora, Moj & Rajnigandha Pearls will receive the magnum opus opportunity to represent India at the 71st Miss World pageant.
