Waze would suffer from some issues on Android Auto and Carplay

Waze, a navigation app from Google, has been suffering from some problems lately on both Android Auto and Carplay. As evidence of this, several user comments on the various forums. In particular, the criticality in question would concern the delay from touch input to update on the display. In practice, the application would show uncertainties, to which other navigation problems would be added. Pending a possible software update, an expert on the subject, on the Google forums, said that an internal bug report was sent to the Waze developershowever, there is no precise timing on when to expect a correction in this regard.

Meanwhile, speaking of navigation, Google Maps recently benefited from three new features. The first concerns the arrival of photorealistic area views of important sites of interest. The second, however, the addition of information on cycle paths, such as the difference in height expected and the type of roads to go through. The latest news, finally, is the arrival of new options to facilitate the connection between users and their personal safety. The first and third implementations are available globally for both Android and iOS. As for the cycle paths, however, we will have to wait for the next few weeks.
