WhatsApp also thinks of tablets: an optimized interface in the beta

In the wake of the interest towards foldingin recent times Google has introduced several innovations in theandroid interface precisely aimed at optimizing the user experience in the devices with large screens.

It is therefore normal that even the major apps as Whatsapp are moving in the same direction, something apps for iPads they’ve been doing for some time (leaving aside Instagram), and in the last beta for Android of the popular messaging app we can finally appreciate the split view For Tablet. That WhatsApp was giving more and more importance to Tablet it was already evident a September of last year, when had been released (in beta) the ability to add a Tablet to an existing account thanks to the so-called mode companion.

Now however with the latest beta of Whatsapp for Android, version number 2.22.21.6comes a real interface optimized, which allows for use fully the greater available space by using simultaneously two different sections of the side-by-side app.

The novelty and the greater usability are immediately apparent, if you think about it earlier when you opened one chat on the tablet version of the app, it occupied thefull screen and users had to go back to the chat list every time they wanted to switch to one different conversation.

Now all chat entries, as well as those from tabs calls and of state, are visible in Contemporary, which makes it much easier to manage and organize without losing track of what is in progress.

Along with the ability to bind your account through the mode companion, the update makes Whatsapp finally suited to ours android tabletsbut unfortunately not yet for everyone.

In fact, as we anticipated at the beginning, the new interface has just been released in beta channel of the app, in the version 2.22.21.6 downloadable from Google Play.

Unfortunately though it seems that the release is happening at echelons he is alone few beta testers they have now received it, as WhatsApp usually does with new features to make sure everything is working properly.

It is therefore possible that despite having the beta you have not received the new one yet split interfacebut do not despair, because it will surely come in next days with another update!
