In the last few weeks we have had several news regarding the development of the first builds of the One UI 5 from Samsung. The One UI is the software interface made by Samsung to customize Android, and the fifth generation corresponds to the version based on Android 13.

After the official announcement of the One UI 5 based on Android 13 for its Galaxy S22, it is time to understand when Samsung is planning to launch the first stable version of its major update. In the last few hours they have emerged important information about from SamMobile.

The first rollout of the stable version of the One UI 5 with Android 13 should take place in October. The first to benefit from it, as was obvious to expect, should be the top of the Samsung range. The major update should therefore start for Galaxy S22, S22 + and S22 Ultra from October 17 or 19.

By mid-October we can therefore expect the beta testing of the One UI 5 with Android 13 that Samsung has started on the Galaxy S22, not in Italy, however, will end.

It remains difficult to understand as of now whether the October release will also cover the international markets, like Europe. We can take into account some delay. Maybe the official distribution in Italy of the One UI 5 on Galaxy S22 will start from early November.

The same should apply to the current ones folding top of the Samsung range, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4, while for the older models there will probably be a wait a few more weeks.
