NEW DELHI: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) have commenced the CLAT 2024 application process today, July 1. Candidates who wish to apply for the Common Law Admission Test 2024 can fill and submit their application forms for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programmes offered by 22 NLUs through the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
The last date to submit the CLAT 2024 application form is November 3, 2023. According to the schedule, the CLAT exam 2024 will be conducted on December 3, 2023.

How to apply for CLAT 2024?
Step 1: Visit the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the CLAT 2024 tab.
Step 3: Now click on the new registration and enter your mobile number.
Step 4: Create a password and log in using the same through the candidate login window.
Step 5: Fill out the application form and submit details.
Step 6: Upload the necessary documents and verify the details in the form.
Step 7: Download the final page and take a printout for further use.

The official website announced that all admissions to the 5-year integrated LLB and LLM programmes beginning in the academic year 2024-2025 will be conducted via the CLAT 2024.
The consortium has updated the CLAT exam pattern for the undergraduate entrance exam. Under the revised format, the CLAT UG 2024 exam will consist of 120 questions, reduced from the previous 150. Students will be allotted 2 hours to finish the exam.
