The new version of the newly arrived custom ROM is called Noble ROM 3.1 VIBO. The developer has chosen to associate a codename to any build of his Noble ROM that calls out the names of his homeland.
The new version of the custom ROM always comes for the Galaxy S9 and Note 9 families and is based on the One UI 5.1 and Android 13.
This is particularly significant because the new version includes the following features:
- New battery widget.
- New weather app
- Multi control for the new Galaxy Books.
- Sticker extraction function directly from the S23.
In addition to these features, which are the more significant, we find all those features of One UI 5.1 that we have seen on Galaxy S23. This means that, for some features such as that of the Stickers, the Galaxy S9 and Note 9 can enjoy features available for the Galaxy S23 and not for Galaxy S21 and S22.
