The first is Cosmunitfounded by Alexandra Gavrilescu and Valentina Accotto: it is the first community cosplayer app, that is, for people who like to reproduce and wear the costumes of the characters of comics, video games and films. The application wants to become the reference point for all Italian cosplay events, creating a loyal and positive community. Through this app you can receive information and updates on cosplay events and stay in touch with members: cosplayers, creators of objects, costumes, photographers and make-up artists. From within the app it will be possible to organize to travel together to go to trade fairs and sector events. There will also be an online market to sell and buy second-hand costumes and items. The app will provide users with the ability to write tutorials or get help, have a personal page on which to publish their costumes and even find cosplay groups in their area.
Then there is the project Writecreated by Liliana Costa, Pietro Sgherzi and Tiziano Ottaviani: it is the most “tested” project among the three finalists, because it was born in 2017. The goal of this online space is to help novice writers by offering editorial services (both free and paid), creative writing consultancy, training and opportunities for discussion. Thanks to the support of the Factory, Scripta now aims to create an automated platform of beta readingto launch an academy of creative writing and to create a “quality stamp”, which is able to change the perception of self-publishingoften mistreated.
Finally there is Trixo, founded by Antonio Maestro, Salvatore Palombo and Maria El Asmar. It is a project that wants to become the first Italian esport gym, a structure of 360 square meters located in the center of Naples, dedicated to all fans of esports. Inside, customers can take advantage of 30 gaming stations, plus snack bar and relaxation room. There will also be a space used as a real gym to be able to do free body exercises. Coaching and training services with professional players will then be available, including the possibility of mental training sessions. Trixo’s goal is to start with a first gym in Naples, and then spread the culture of gaming in Italy, through the education of young people and the promotion of esports.
