Mobile abortion clinic in Illinois to open along Missouri border

Planned Parenthood in Illinois will soon begin offering abortion services in a mobile RV along the Missouri border. Advocates say it will provide opportunities for needed health care for women unable to access abortion services. But critics say the office is soliciting women who will be unable to get follow-up care. Adriana Diaz reports.
