Job Description – Project Manager
a-IDEA, The Technology Business Incubator of NAARM
Requires Project Manager on contractual basis to look after Incubation program, Startup coordination, Partner
engagements, Acceleration Programs, Fund Raising for startups etc. Further the incumbent is expected to manage the
NABARD funded project activities. The duration of the contractual engagement is co-terminus with the project.
Qualification
- Essential: Master Degree in Agriculture and allied sciences or Master Degree in Biotechnology or Master Degree in Agri
business Management from recognized University of India. - Preferable: Ph.D in Agribusiness / entrepreneurship management/ Biotechnology.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience with age not exceeding 35 years.
Job description:
- Incubator management
- Incubator operations
- Startup scouting
- Operational support to incubatees and incubator team
- Assistance in Business development of the incubator
- Organizing various activities under NABARD project
- Overall management including program management
Consolidated emoluments:
A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- Per month.

The Adjunct Faculty will be expected to share his experience and expertise towards advancing the various activities of NAARM viz., research, policy, academics, and training, in addition to the specific Terms of Reference (ToR) drawn for the specific position. The Adjunct Faculty will be engaged for initial period of one year, renewable annually based on performance review.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the COO; the candidate is required to handle: i. Content development for the various start up events organized under Technology Business Incubator, ability to draft press releases. ii. Content management and design coordination for various communication aids including Brochures, Newsletters, and quarterly reports developing marketing collaterals for startup events. iii. Content writing of program reports, proposal write-ups of the incubator, impact assessment reports and project success stories iv. Maintain and update the website of the incubator, v. Plan & execute Communication & marketing strategies for outreach of events. vi. Facilitate communication for PR and liaise with print and electronic media for necessary events. vii. Coordination with various vendors for logistics, hospitality, design, print and any other relevant works. viii. Social Media execution – keeping all the social media accounts viz. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn updated by posting visits, events, conference, partnership related activities.
