National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh (NHM UP) Applications are invited for the recruitment to the posts of Community Health Officer (CHO) i.e. Community Health Officer. Candidates who consider themselves to be able to visit the official website by 23 May 2019 www.sams.co.in You can apply through.

All the candidates who want to be selected on these posts will have to complete 6 months course. After completing the course, candidates will be appointed as Community Health Officer in the sub-centre.

According to the notification issued by the department, the candidates will be given Rs 20,000 per month as stipend while completing the course. After completing the course, they will be given a salary of Rs 35,000 per month after being appointed as a Community Health Officer.
