Queen’s funeral brings London a complex security challenge

Britain will see around 10,000 police officers out in force for the queen’s funeral. But as CBS News correspondent Holly Williams reports, the event will occupy central London near historic buildings of government and popular with tourists, where just Thursday a stabbing left two police officers hospitalized.
