Samsung was one of fastest manufacturers to release a stable version of Android 13 for their devices: the company has in fact developed the OneUI 5.0based on the latest version of the Android operating system, and this is already available for practically all smartphones top of the range of the company and on “older” devices such as Galaxy S21, Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Note 20.

Samsung has talked about the updates of its smartphones in a new post on its blog in the Korean version. The company has announced that other devices will soon update to Android 13 with OneUI 5.0: Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 have been updated very recently (at least in South Korea), while the update for next month is already scheduled Galaxy Tab S7, Tab S6 Lite, Galaxy A52s 5G and Galaxy A32.
In the post, the company noted how it was extremely quick to release the update to Android 13 after only a couple of months compared to Google: these are certainly excellent timing (at least for the top of the range), given that it is obviously impossible to compete with companies such as Apple or Google itself.
In any case, Samsung is already thinking about the next step: next year in fact Android 14 will arrive and the company wants to be ready. Samsung stated to be working even more closely with Google to release OneUI 6.0 in record time e almost simultaneously with BigG.
The company then concludes the post by briefly talking about the performance of the next software release: Samsung wants that the next release of the operating system is also better in terms of performance. We remind you that the first beta of Android 14 will be released in March 2023.
