SSC CGL Tier-1 Result: The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC CGL Tier-I result today, on February 09, 2023. Candidates who took the Combined Graduate Level Examination – 2022 can check and download their result from the official website at ssc.nic.in.
As per the data shared, a total of 33,55,194 candidates had registered for the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam. Out of which, 3,86,652 candidates have been shortlisted for CGL Tier-2 examination.
Of all the registered candidates, only 16,16,687 (48.18%) appeared in the exam, while 17,38,507 (51.82%) candidates did not appear.The CGL Tier-I examination was held from December 01 to December 13, 2022 in the computer-based mode. Candidates shortlisted in this round will now appear in the Tier-2 exam which is scheduled to be conducted from March 02 to March 07, 2023.

How to check SSC CGL Result 2022?
Step 1. Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in
Step 2. On the homepage, go to ‘Result’ section
Step 3. A new page will open, click on the SSC CGL Tier I Result 2022 link
Step 4. A PDF of all the shortlisted candidates will open on the screen
Step 5. Check your roll number in the list
Step 6. Download and take a printout of the result for future reference

The Staff Selection Commission aims to fill a total of 37409 vacancies through this recruitment drive.
Candidates may note that the SSC has also released the list of vacancies for various posts under Constable (GD) in Constable (GD) including CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in NCB Examination, 2022.

As per the Constable (GD) vacancy list, a total of 46435 vacancies are to be filled under this recruitment drive. The recruitment of candidates will be carried out in two parts, the first part will cover 46,260 vacancies and part two will be for 175 posts.
