Steam Deck, still good news: some deliveries scheduled for the end of the year have been brought forward to the current quarter

Valve has anticipated part of the Steam Deck deliveries expected for the last part of the year to the third quarter. In any case, if the mail about the delivery change does not arrive at all, it is possible to check the status of the order directly from Steam.

However, the designer stressed that this is an anticipation and that an official announcement will arrive in the next few days. In this way Valve will clarify all the changes made to shipments in order to avoid confusing situations that have already occurred in the past.

However, it is currently unclear how many of these bookings will enjoy early delivery. On Twitter it is only pointed out that production exceeded previous estimates, but it is not specified how many additional units are manufactured. This means that probably not all bookings planned for Q4 will be anticipated.
