TeamSystem looks ahead and aims to strengthen its digital solutions portfolio with new acquisitions. The Italian company has in fact signed a binding agreement with Growens for the acquisition of its marketing automation and data economy platforms: MailUp, Contactlab and Acumbamail.
The completion of the transaction, with a value of 70 million eurosis scheduled for June 2023.
TeamSystem wants to acquire the Growens platforms
With this acquisition, the Italian company aims to strengthen its position in marketing automation and the data economy with new solutions for SMEs. In particular, MailUp is a platform for automating marketing operations developed in Italy, which already has 10,000 customers globally. Recently, MailUp has been enhanced with Contactlab solutions, which include a Customer Data Platform and advanced Marketing Automation.
Acumbamailon the other hand, is a Spanish company that caters to SMEs and specializes in marketing via email and SMS.
“The acquisition of MailUp, Contactlab and Acumbamail allows us to strengthen our positioning in high-potential markets such as those of automated marketing and the data economy, which we believe will grow at considerable rates in the coming years, in view of the continued diffusion of e- commerce“, he claims Frederick Leproux, CEO of TeamSystem. “This operation also follows the integration of e-commerce solutions, B2B digital payments and CRM and for this reason positions us as the ideal partner alongside around 1.7 million of our corporate customers who will have the opportunity to significantly increase their competitiveness by digitizing the business and customer relations”.
