The image, which you can see below, was taken at 50 MP using a pixel binning 4 in 1 and according to Motorola’s executive is better than the 9 in 1 pixel binning used in camera phones from 108 MP as the Motorcycle G200 (here you can find our review). Actually, the Motorcycle G200 we were not very impressed on the photographic side, hence the fact that Moto 30 Ultra do better should be taken for granted.
As for the others features of the device (which will be launched in China under the name of Moto X30 Pro), we currently have these information, from various leak:
- screen: 6.67-inch curved pOLED with a 144Hz refresh rate
- processor: Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
- RAM: 8/12 GB
- archiving: 128/256 GB
- rear cameras:
- principal 200MP ISOCELL HP1 which produces 12.5MP or 50MP images via pixel binning and a deep learning based algorithm. The sensor also supports 8K video recording at 30fps.
- front camera 60 MP
- battery 4,500mAh with 125W wired charging and wireless charging that will vary between 30W and 50W.
As seen from the tweet above, according to the leaker Ice Universe the new Samsung S23 will also have a 200 MP sensor, although in theory it should be the ISOCELL HP3 variant.
Below is the image taken by Moto Edge 30 Ultra and shared on Weibo. The weight is well 13 MBwhich, coupled with the fact that the phone will shoot 8K videois a bit ‘to turn up his nose at the thought that the basic storage space is alone 128 GB and the maximum 256 GB. We hope that the advances are wrongbut still potential buyers should orient themselves on the version with more space.
In any case, the launch is expected in a few daysso keep following us to stay updated!
