Where U.S. and China stand ahead of Blinken’s Beijing trip

Secretary of State Antony Blinken is heading to Beijing on Saturday amid rising tension between the U.S. and China. Blinken’s trip was originally scheduled for February, but it was canceled after the U.S. shot down a Chinese spy balloon flying over the country.
