Dragon Quest Treasures was released on Dec. 9, earning praise for its graphics and discovery. The best part of the game is easily the treasure hunting, which is of course its main promise. However, the combat is a bit lacking and strays far from a regular Dragon Quest video game.

Dragon Quest Treasures tells the story of siblings Erik and Mia. Most fans will recognize Erik from Dragon Quest XI, and Dragon Quest Treasures serves as a prequel to that game. Thought not all Drag Quest fans will enjoy this title, those who do may find themselves looking for other titles similar to it.
