Chandigarh: Haryana is all set to complete the recruitment of 1800 teachers for the Model Sanskriti and Aarohi Schools ahead of Diwali., as the stage is all set to conduct the eligibility test of 5000 aspirant teachers to be held on Tuesday.
Centre for Teachers Accreditation (CENTA) is the nodal agency for the test for screening and shortlisting the teachers for deployment.
According to information, the examinations and posting to teachers for these schools was put on hold as the Education department had started the process of rationalization as well as the online transfers of the teachers.
It was only after the two processes which attained finality, the education department resumed the process for induction of teachers for these schools.
According to information, 1500 posts of various teachers are vacant in Sanskriti Schools and 300 posts of various subject teachers are vacant in the Aarohi School. While, the department is also in the the process of deployment of those who have cleared the examinations in the past.
A total 12 examinations centres have been set up in Ambala, Gurugram, Fariabad, Hisar, Rohtak and Karnal districts where exams will be held in two shifts.The centres where examinations are to be conducted have been declared out of bond for general public while local administration has appointed the duty magistrates to ensure that the examinations are conducted in fair mannersa.
