Emraan Hashmi has never officially admitted to being part of the Tiger 3 cast, but he’s been spotted travelling to the same locations as Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in the past. Another big clue to his involvement in the spy thriller franchise has been his regular visits to the gym. While Emraan was missing from the gym sessions for the past few weeks, he’s now made a grand return. ETimes has learnt that he is prepping again to return to the sets of Tiger 3.

The actor has been spotted visiting the gym in Mumbai and those in the know reveal that he’s back to building a pumped-up physique. This is an effort to portray Pakistan’s version of Tiger, in the film franchise. Reportedly, Emraan’s character will combat India’s Tiger played by Salman Khan. There has never been an confirmation but sources believe Emraan is playing the film’s antagonist. ETimes has also been informed that the majority of the film’s action will take place between Emraan and Salman. They’ve been shooting and prepping for the same since last year and also shot in January earlier this year.

After that, Emraan had taken a break from the Tiger 3 shoot to focus on a schedule of Selfiee, where he features with Akshay Kumar and Nushratt Bharuccha. Having concluded that commitment, Emraan has now shifted all his focus on bulking up and locking horns with Salman on screen.
