Paper leak happened in Jharkhand

The students alleged that the question paper is out in Jharkhand, if the examination was to be canceled then it should have been done across the country.

State Labor Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha had told that the ITI exam was held earlier but people did not even know. Now if anyone is doing something wrong, then it is coming to the fore.
