On it second day, Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ has caught an upwards trend. The entertainer has shown a growth of 30 per cent and raked in around Rs 4 crore. This is reportedly not a very positive sign, because the rise in collection is not as good as ‘Runway 34’ and ‘Jersey’.

Theatre audiences may not have welcomed ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’, but the film has managed to ink some whopping deals in digital and satellite rights sale. At the end of two days, the film stands at a total of Rs 7 crore nett and is expected to earn around Rs 12 crore by the end of its first weekend, reports Boxofficeindia. ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ has fared poorly in most circuits across the country, but the Mumbai markets have been contributing positively to the film’s total.

Post this, Ranveer Singh has Rohit Shetty helmed ‘Cirkus’, Karan Johar’s romantic entertainer ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ Hindi remake of Tamil hit ‘Anniyan’ with Shankar. Speaking about his upcoming movies, the actor had told PTI, “I have been very vocal about doing an out-and-out comedy so ‘Cirkus’ is all about that. I’m very grateful to Rohit sir for this. Then, my first and hopefully the first of many collaborations with someone who’s just an absolute bundle of love and joy, a complete entertainer and oftentimes astonishing talent, Karan Johar. He is such a delight to work with. I hope I’m cast in each and every one of his films, it’s been such an amazing time working with him.”
