According to the news outlet, local authorities were conducting a follow-up investigation and were on the property on Sunday, June 25, at 8:26 a.m. The online documents revealed that there was an “unknown incident” that took place on the family compound. No one from the Duggar camps has spoken out about the intrusion yet.
The Duggars Run-Ins With The Law Explained
The family first got their big break on 19 Kids and Counting but have since had multiple issues when the police were called to the premises. Over the years, some of the Duggar children have found themselves in trouble, with the most notorious being Jim Bob and Michelle’s eldest son, Josh Duggar. The 35-year-old was arrested in April 2021 and charged with one count of possessing and one count of receiving child pornography in April 2021. Federal Correctional Facility (FCI) in Seagoville, Texas.
Most recently, Jana Duggar, the couple’s oldest daughter, was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor after a babysitting incident that happened back in 2021. Later a court official from the district court in Elm Springs, Arkansas, revealed that the charges against Jana were settled out of court as the former reality TV star has pled not guilty to the charges. After a full investigation, the court official determined that the incident was an accident, and the child was not hurt or in any real danger.
