Orthopedic services provider OrthoNebraska (Omaha, Neb.) and Denver-based healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group partnered on a new orthopedic medical office building (MOB) in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

The facility includes exam rooms, procedure rooms, casting rooms, and space for physical therapy.

The project team includes architect Leo A Daly (Omaha) and general contractor McCarthy Building Companies (St. Louis).
